Unless otherwise specified, new merchandise purchased from SoBe Furniture is subject to our Return/Exchange Policy. At the time of delivery, the customer reserves the right to refuse acceptance of new merchandise for any reason, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Once the delivery team has left the premises, or the merchandise has been picked up by the customer, our three-day Return/Exchange Policy becomes effective, under the conditions outlined on our Returns Policy page.

Special Order Merchandise, Custom Made Merchandise, Floor Model Merchandise, Clearance Items, Special Items, Mattresses, Services & Fees, as well as all orders delivered outside of South Florida and all orders fulfilled by third party delivery services, each have their own respective policies.
