"Great (website) navigation and all, but could probably use a bit flashier presentation. Particularly for the fancier pieces. Also, should have area devoted to custom furniture. It's easy to design a custom piece sitting down in the store, but the website should have some feature as well. Hector is a great salesman. Sold me some good products and now I'm definitely coming back. (Delivery) Guys were actually early. That's impressive. They worked fast and were friendly. Already recommended to my parents. When they see the quality of the stuff I bought, they'll definitely be in line for a purchase. Hector sold me on my rug, when I originally had no intention of even getting one. He was right. It's an incredible rug, and it was a good idea to get it to fill out the living room before other pieces. I'm gonna return to buy a platform bed, and once I have my house, a custom bed. The best service and selection at online prices, yet I can walk into the showroom and speak to a friendly salesman. I went in on a whim one day and Hector gladly spent 2 hours talking to me about furniture choices and options. I went back a day later and made the purchase. Now I'm a customer for life. When I finally found the store I was a little nervous because it is not your typical furniture store. You simply look through the catalog and order what you want.
