The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

Delivery of Your Furniture

Delays
Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. SoBe Furniture, LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. 

Items Received Damaged
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims for damaged items must be filed within 2 calendar days of delivery. Claims received after 2 calendar days of delivery will not and cannot be processed. If your item(s) are damaged, please proceed to call our service center at 888.713.SOBE (7623) for further assistance. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation, our email is customerservice@sobefurniture.com

Payments/Sales 

Payment Methods
Our secure server accepts American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa via Authorize.net. You can also pay using your “PayPal” account, or you can come to our showroom and pay with any of the previously stated methods or with cash.

SoBe Furniture, LLC does also accept checks and wire transfers. These payments must be made in full at the time of purchasing. Orders will be processed once the proper funds have cleared, please call us for assistance with these forms of payment.  

User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.

Orders

Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges). 

100% RISK FREE PURCHASE

We at SoBe Furniture want to assure the comfort and full satisfaction of our customers, so we offer a risk free purchase!  What does this mean to you?  If at the time of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your new piece(s) of furniture, simply refuse the delivery and we will refund you 100% of every penny you gave us, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, or it's up you if you would like to exchange the piece(s) at that time.

Returns
Once delivered and accepted, merchandise purchased from SoBe Furniture, LLC may be returned within 3 calendar days of delivery and will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee of the product(s) price and must be in brand new condition, or it can be exchanged within 3 calendar days of delivery and will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee of the product(s) price and must be in brand new condition. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 888.713.SOBE (7623). Full refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace the product(s).

SoBe Furniture, LLC reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SoBe Furniture, LLC and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this site. 

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.

Legal
All domestic are subject to the governing laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida.
