100% RISK FREE PURCHASE
We at SoBe Furniture want to assure the comfort and full satisfaction of our customers, so we offer a risk free purchase! What does this mean to you? If at the time of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your new piece(s) of furniture, simply refuse the delivery and we will refund you 100% of every penny you gave us, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, or it's up you if you would like to exchange the piece(s) at that time.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
NEW MERCHANDISE:
At the time of delivery the customer reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the merchandise for any reasons. Once the delivery team has left the premises, our 3 day return/exchange policy comes into effect. The 3 day return/exchange policy is as follows:
-Exchanges are subject to a 15% fee on the price of items being exchanged
-Returns are subject to a 30% fee on the price of the items being returned.
All returns and exchanges are subject to the merchandise being returned in its original condition upon delivery. Furthermore exchanges or t]uj\[pkreturns must be pre-authorized by calling our customer service center at 888.713.SOBE(7623).
FLOOR MODEL MERCHANDISE:
Any purchase of a floor model(s) or “Clearance” item is sold in “as-is” condition and is non-refundable once it has been picked up by the customer or delivered by SoBe Furniture. Furthermore, it does not carry any warranty, neither from the manufacturer, nor SoBe Furniture.
MATTRESS COMFORT PROMISE
SoBe Furniture offers a 15 Night Comfort Promise which provides our customers with 15 nights to exchange your mattress for another mattress of equal of greater value. Exchanges are not permitted within the first five days of the delivery date due to the fact that it takes at least five days to adjust to your new sleep surface. One exchange per customer is permitted. The exchange fees are as follows: Twin or Full $100.00, Queen $150.00, King $200.00. This Comfort Promise is void if there is any damage or stains on the mattress.
