Is ordering on the SoBe Furniture website secure?
- Yes it is! It is "Safe and Secure" because we use Authorize.net, Google Checkout & Paypal payment processing service, which accept Visa, Master card, Discover and American Express. "Authorize.net" is the most trusted payment processing service with a 2048-bit SSL Certificate, and it uses a 128/256 bit encryption rate to protect all of your personal and financial information. You can also choose to pay with Google Checkout or Paypal's secure payment website, which protects your information via SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits.
Do you have a showroom?
- Yes we do! Our showroom is open from Monday-Saturday from 11am-8pm and Sunday from 11am-6pm and is located at: 11216 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines, FL 33026.
What if I do not like the furniture when it gets delivered?
- We at SoBe Furniture want to assure the comfort and full satisfaction of our customers, so we offer a "100% Risk Free Purchase Policy"! What does this mean to you? If at the time of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with your new piece of furniture, simply refuse the delivery and we will refund you 100% of every penny you gave us, NO QUESTIONS ASKED, or it's up you if you would like to exchange the piece(s) at that point.
How can SoBe Furniture say that they have some of the most affordable furniture in South Florida?
- We have scoured the internet and the retail stores in South Florida to assure that we have some of the best pricing available and even if you do find a better price, we have a "Price Matching Policy" to make sure you are getting the best price available.
Is there a delivery fee?
- Delivery and Installation is FREE! Our white glove delivery service includes world class customer service with assembly of all the items, and we always clean up by taking away all of the plastic wrapping and boxes for recycling.
